What the Quo integration does and why you'd use it.
What is this?
Quo is a business phone and texting platform. The Quo integration connects your workspace's own Quo account to Attio and automatically logs your calls and text messages as notes on the matching person — without you or your team lifting a finger.
If Attio doesn't already have a person for the number involved, one is created automatically using their phone number.
What you get
Once you connect your Quo API key and activate sync, the integration will automatically:
- Log every completed call as a note on the matching person — including the call's duration, a summary, a link to the recording, and the transcript, once Quo finishes processing them
- Log every text message (sent or received) as a note on the matching person
- Create people from your existing Quo contacts the first time you activate sync, and keep them up to date as those contacts change in Quo
- Create a person automatically for any phone number that calls or texts you but doesn't have an Attio record yet
