Disconnecting

How to stop syncing Quo data to Attio.

Quo doesn't have a Connections-page "Disconnect" button like some other integrations — because it isn't installed through Attio's Connections system in the first place. See Getting Started.

If you're on the free tier

The most reliable way to stop syncing is to remove your Quo API key from the app's settings page, or uninstall the app from your workspace.

If you've upgraded

Cancel your subscription from the Manage billing button on the app's settings page (this opens Stripe's billing portal). See Billing.

A couple of things worth knowing about how this plays out:

  • Cancellation is detected the next time a Quo webhook comes in for your workspace — a quiet Quo account may keep its webhook registered for a little while after you cancel, simply because nothing has triggered the check yet.
  • There's also a short caching delay (up to about 15 minutes) between canceling in Stripe and Attio's side recognizing it.
  • Once detected, the integration deregisters the webhook with Quo and clears its connection details automatically — you don't need to do anything else.

If you want syncing to stop immediately rather than waiting on the above, remove your Quo API key from settings as well.

What stays behind

Disconnecting doesn't delete anything that's already synced — people and notes created while you were connected remain in your workspace.
