Troubleshooting
Common issues when connecting or using the Quo integration.
Activation fails or the button is disabled
- Make sure you've saved a Quo API key first — activation is blocked until one is present
- Double-check you copied the entire key with no extra spaces
Calls or messages aren't showing up
- Check the usage banner on the settings page — if you've hit your free plan limit, syncing pauses for that item until the month resets or you upgrade. See Billing.
- Calls that connected (rather than going to voicemail or being missed) aren't logged instantly — the integration waits for Quo to finish generating a transcript first. If that's taking unusually long, the call will still be logged within a few hours with the summary and transcript marked "Pending."
- Confirm the call or message actually happened on a number connected to the Quo account whose API key you entered.
A call's summary or transcript still says "Pending"
This means Quo hadn't finished processing that call by the time it was logged. It won't update automatically after the fact — if you need the transcript, check the call directly in Quo.
A duplicate person was created for the same contact
The integration matches people by phone number. If the same person exists in Attio under a different or differently-formatted number, a new person may be created rather than the existing one being updated.
The contact backfill seemed to skip some contacts
This is expected if a contact had no usable phone number, or if your free plan limit was already reached during the one-time backfill when you activated sync — the confirmation message after activation tells you how many were skipped and why.
Still stuck?
Reach out to your Attio workspace admin or Quo support with details of what you're seeing — including whether the issue is with activation, a specific call/message, or billing.
