Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of the Quo integration for Attio.

Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Quo integration for Attio (the "App"), provided by Automation Consulting Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By activating or otherwise using the App, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the Attio workspace you're using it with.
What this app does
The App connects your Quo account to your Attio workspace and logs your Quo calls, text messages, and contacts to matching Attio people, as described in Introduction.
Eligibility & your accounts
To use the App you need a valid Attio workspace with permission to edit its settings, and your own active Quo account with an API key. You're responsible for keeping that API key secure and for all activity that happens through the App using your credentials.
Third-party service
The App depends on Quo's own API and webhooks to function. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, Quo's uptime, feature changes, pricing, or its own terms of service — your use of Quo itself is governed by your agreement with Quo, separate from these terms.
Data syncing
Once activated, the App syncs data between your Quo account and your Attio workspace, including: contact details, people records created or updated from calls and messages, and notes containing call summaries, recordings links, and transcripts, and message content. See What Syncs Automatically for the full, current list. Data only flows between the Quo account and Attio workspace you've connected — the App doesn't share your data with any other workspace or third party beyond what's needed to operate the integration and process billing (see below). See Privacy for how this data is handled, and how it relates to Attio's own Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
Call recording, transcription, and messaging are subject to consent and privacy laws that vary by state and country — for example, some jurisdictions require all parties' consent before a call may be recorded. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Quo's recording, transcription, and messaging features complies with the laws applicable to you and the people you're calling or texting. The App only logs what Quo sends it; it doesn't determine whether a given call or message may lawfully be recorded, transcribed, or stored.
Fees
The App includes a free monthly allowance of synced contacts, calls, and messages. Usage beyond that allowance requires a paid subscription, billed through Stripe on a metered basis. See Billing for current allowances and how metered billing works. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's own terms; we don't store your payment card details ourselves.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the App itself. You retain all rights to your own data — your Quo call, message, and contact data and your Attio workspace data remain yours.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every call, message, or contact will sync without delay or failure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation Consulting Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App — including any liability arising from your compliance (or non-compliance) with call-recording or consent laws.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time — see Disconnecting for how, and what happens to your data and any active subscription when you do. We may also suspend or discontinue the App at our discretion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
