How your data is handled, and how it relates to Attio's own privacy policy.

This app runs inside Attio
Quo for Attio is built on Attio's App SDK and runs entirely within your Attio workspace's own sandboxed environment on build.attio.com. We don't operate a separate server that stores or processes your Attio workspace data — person records, notes, and everything else the integration creates are written directly into your Attio workspace using Attio's own REST API, and live there under Attio's own infrastructure and data handling.
Because of this, Attio's own Privacy Policy governs how the underlying workspace data (people, notes, and any other record this app creates or reads) is stored, secured, and processed. We encourage you to read it alongside this page.
What we handle outside of Attio
A small amount of data is handled outside Attio's own systems, specifically to run billing for this app:
- Quo API key. Entered directly into the app's settings page, this is stored using Attio's own workspace settings storage (the App SDK's
Settingsmechanism) — not on any server we operate. It's only read at request time, inside your workspace's own sandboxed execution, to authenticate calls to Quo's API on your behalf. - Billing records. A separate billing service we operate stores, per workspace: your Stripe customer ID (once you subscribe), your subscription plan and status, and monthly counts of contacts, calls, and messages synced (a count only, never their content). This is the minimum needed to run the free tier and metered billing described in Billing.
- Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details — see Stripe's privacy policy.
Call recordings and transcripts
We don't download, copy, or separately store call recording audio. When a call completes, the app writes a note in your Attio workspace containing a link back to the recording hosted on Quo's own platform — the audio itself stays on Quo's infrastructure, governed by Quo's own privacy policy and your agreement with Quo. Transcript text provided by Quo is written directly into that same Attio note; we don't retain a separate copy of it.
Your rights
You can stop the integration at any time by removing your Quo API key from settings and/or uninstalling the app — see Disconnecting. To request deletion of the billing records described above, contact us at the address below. Data already stored in your Attio workspace (person records, notes) is governed by Attio's own data controls, not ours — see Attio's Privacy Policy for how to manage that.
