FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the Quo integration.

Do I need to do anything after activating sync?

No. Once activated, calls, messages, and contact updates all sync automatically. See What Syncs Automatically.

Will this import my call and message history?

Only contacts get a one-time backfill when you activate sync. Past calls and messages aren't imported — syncing starts from the moment you activate.

Do I need a paid plan to use this?

No — every workspace gets a free monthly allowance of contacts, messages, and calls. You only need to upgrade if you go over that allowance. See Billing.

Does this create lists or deals?

No. This integration only creates and updates people, and logs calls/messages as notes on those people. It doesn't touch lists, deals, or any other object.

Why doesn't a person created from a call have a name?

Calls and texts only carry a phone number. A name is added once Quo has one for that number — usually because it's also saved as a contact in Quo.

What happens if I go over my free limit mid-month?

Syncing for that item (calls, messages, or contacts) pauses until either the month resets or you upgrade. You'll get one note letting you know sync paused for calls or messages; nothing is lost on Quo's side, it's just not being mirrored to Attio while paused.

How do I stop syncing?

See Disconnecting.
