Introduction

What is this?

The Smartlead integration connects your Smartlead cold email account to your Attio workspace. Once connected, everything that happens in your Smartlead campaigns — emails sent, opens, clicks, replies, bounces, and lead status changes — shows up automatically on the matching person in Attio.

You don't need to do anything manually. No exporting spreadsheets, no copy-pasting reply notes, no remembering to update a lead's status. It all happens in the background as your campaigns run.

What you get

Once connected, the integration will automatically:

• Create or update People and Companies in Attio for every lead in your Smartlead campaigns
• Log a Note on the person's record every time something happens (email sent, opened, clicked, replied, bounced, unsubscribed, or their category changes)
• Organize leads into Lists, one per campaign, so you can see where every lead stands at a glance
• Create a follow-up Task automatically whenever a lead replies, so nothing falls through the cracks
• Add promising leads to your Deals list automatically when Smartlead marks them as interested, hot, or ready for a meeting
