Disconnecting the Integration

How to disconnect

1. In Attio, go to Settings → Apps → Smartlead
2. Click Disconnect
3. Confirm when prompted — you'll see a warning that this will remove the registered webhook and Smartlead events will no longer sync to Attio

What happens when you disconnect

• Smartlead stops sending any new activity to Attio — no more Notes, Tasks, List updates, or Deals promotions
• The connection between your Smartlead account and Attio workspace is removed

What stays behind

Disconnecting does not delete any data that was already synced:

• People, Companies, Notes, Tasks, and Lists created while connected all remain in your workspace
• The Smartlead fields on your People records (Smartlead Lead ID, Campaign Status, Category, etc.) are not removed — they stay on the People object, just empty for anyone added after disconnecting

Reconnecting later

You can reconnect at any time by following the steps in Getting Started again. Since the Smartlead fields are already set up, reconnecting simply picks up syncing new activity from where it left off — it won't duplicate your existing webhook.
