Introduction
What the Instantly integration does and why you'd use it.
What is this?
The Instantly integration connects your Instantly cold email account to your Attio workspace. Once connected, everything that happens in your Instantly campaigns — emails sent, opened, clicked, bounced, replies, unsubscribes, and lead status changes — is reflected automatically on the matching person in Attio.
You don't need to do anything manually. No exporting spreadsheets, no copy-pasting reply notes. It all happens in the background as your campaigns run.
What you get
Once connected, the integration will automatically:
- Create or update People and Companies in Attio for every lead your Instantly campaigns contact
- Log a Note on the person's record every time something happens (sent, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed, replied, or marked interested)
- Organize leads into Lists, one per campaign, with a status field showing the latest event for that lead
- Create a follow-up Task whenever a lead replies or is marked interested, so nothing falls through the cracks
- Create or advance a Deal, if you turn that on, when a lead is marked interested
You can also work the other way — push people from Attio into an Instantly campaign, and backfill missing details for contacts that synced before this was set up. See Actions.
