Disconnecting the Integration

How to disconnect

1. In Attio, go to Settings → Connections
2. Find the Instantly app and disconnect it

What happens when you disconnect

• The webhook is removed from both Instantly and Attio, so Instantly stops sending any new activity
• No more Notes, Tasks, List updates, or Deal changes happen after this point

What stays behind

Disconnecting does not delete any data that was already synced:

• People, Companies, Notes, Tasks, Deals, and Lists created while connected all remain in your workspace
• Any bounced/unsubscribed field values already set are not cleared

Reconnecting later

You can reconnect at any time by following the steps in Getting Started again. Reconnecting registers a new webhook and picks up syncing new activity from where it left off.
