Actions
Manual and bulk actions you can run from a Person record.
Besides syncing automatically, the integration adds a couple of actions you can trigger yourself from a Person record (or on a selection of records) in Attio.
Send to Instantly campaign
Pushes people from Attio into an Instantly campaign as leads. Available both as a single-record action and as a bulk action.
Open a person's record, or select multiple people from your People list.
Choose Send to Instantly campaign from the actions menu.
Pick the campaign you'd like to add them to, and confirm.
The app looks up each person's email, name, company, job title, and phone number, and adds them as a lead to the campaign you picked. People with no email address are skipped. When run in bulk, you'll see a summary of how many were sent, skipped (no email), or failed.
Fill in details from Instantly
Backfills missing details on existing People records — useful for contacts that synced before this app was set up, or that are otherwise missing information.
Go to your People list in Attio.
Select the records you'd like to update (or select all).
Click the actions menu and choose Fill in details from Instantly.
For each selected record with an email address, the app checks whether it's missing a name, job title, phone number, or company. If it is, it looks the person up in Instantly and fills in only the fields that were missing — it never overwrites information you've already got saved. Records with no email, no missing fields, or no match in Instantly are skipped. You'll see a summary of how many records were updated and how many were skipped.
Both bulk actions process records in batches of 50.
